Business Administrator (Full-time)
We are looking for new business administrators to join our growing team based in Blackpool’s Energy Entreprise Zone.
Predominantly working within the ECO funding industry we are looking for administrators with excellent communication skills and initiative, high attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
Main duties will include answering the telephones, compliance checking of ECO documents, uploading submissions to funder portals, communicating with installers, managing installer accounts and assisting the management team.
The role is full time Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Flexible hours may be required at specific times in the month when working towards a deadline.
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Good communication, organisation and problem solving skills
Basic IT skills
High attention to detail
Confidence to make decisions and accept responsibility
Experience/knowledge within the ECO industry preferred but not essential
Full training will be provided
20 Days annual leave per annum (Pro-rata)
Salary: £16,000 to £18,000/year
