Over the last twelve months the team has expanded considerably. As a result of this we have various departments within the company to ensure we provide the same high quality from the very first call through to a complete installation.
Meet our Directors and departmental managers:
Vic is responsible for the overall management of the company, providing strategic direction and development to enable the ongoing growth of the company whilst building and maintaining an effective management team.
Cath is directly responsible for overseeing department functions and managing employees. This includes recruitment, selection, inductions, employee relations, health and safety plus any staff documentation and training.
Tom is responsible for establishing and accomplishing business objectives; building the company image by collaborating with customers, government, energy companies and employees. Tom also coordinates all engineers and technical support.
Sales & Marketing Manager
Tony is responsible for developing marketing opportunities and strategies; implementing sales objectives and managing the sales and customer service team. This includes all commercial aspects of the sales team, annual sales budgets, marketing budgets and ensuring a high level of quality for the customer.
Sophie is responsible for the accounts section, including payroll, sales and purchases ledger control, maintenance of the accounting system and all financial records of the organisation. Sophie is an AAT student with over 5 years’ experience within accounts.
Leon is responsible for keeping the engineers organised and maintaining a smooth running on a day to day basis for all installations, servicing and repairs. Leon also ensures all relevant qualifications and training are undertaken for the engineers.
